Last summer I toured Iran for two weeks and had an incredible experience meeting the people and visiting such cities as Yazd, Esfahan, and Shiraz. I was also fortunate to meet the Bakhtiyari Nomads who live in Western Iran’s Zagros Mountains and to visit the remote step village, Sare Agha Seyed.
Besides being a world traveler, I am also a professional photographer. I came home with some stunning images which I feel reflect my warm feelings about Iran and its people. The responses I received from viewers have been overwhelmingly positive with many people saying since viewing my photos, their opinion about Iran has changed for the better.

KIDS: Persian Dance Classes
Dear friends,
Due to the request of many of you, we have put together a couple Persian dance classes. I am excited to announce that the classes are starting January 3rd at Kirkland Dance Studio again. There will be a creative dance class for younger kids ages 5-7 and another class for older ages 8-15. Please spread the word around and let those who might be interested know. It is my honor to introduce Miss Emiko and Mrs. Elham Hakimi Lawson as the team of dance teachers. We can email their background info to those interested.
Mrs. Sima Tayyebi sima@longeviteclinic.com will be the contact person on the Eastside and I will always be happy to help as well.
