Mentors
Our goal is to connect our pool of accomplished professionals, artists and business people with the young adults in our community. We firmly believe that establishing long term relationships through this program can help our growing community by eliminating the existing disjointedness and lack of community connection. Many ethnic communities with far less wealth of knowledge and connections provide these types of networking and learning opportunities for their up and coming young adults and it is time that Iranian-Americans do the same. As a mentor you will have the opportunity to share with your mentee all that you have accomplished so that hopefully they may have an easier time becoming established in their chosen field.
Mentees
This mentorship program offers an invaluable service to the mentees in this program. The program puts you in touch with a mentor in your chosen field or interest (to the best of our ability). Your mentor can provide you guidance with respect to school, career choices, networking and the field in general. You can also use this as a great networking opportunity to breakthrough in your chosen field.
