Getting Involved:
There are many meaningful ways to get involved with the IACA to add value to the community and make a positive impact on others. From volunteering and coordinating at community events and activities to advising at the board level, there is a place for you to make a difference and add value in the community.
Depending on your level of commitment, available resources, experience level and interests, the following are ways you can get involved with the IACA:
Volunteer at IACA Events:
The IACA hosts and sponsors a number of community events each year. This is a great way to get introduced to the organization, give back and have fun!
This is also a great way for students to log community service hours for college and scholarship applications.

Lead a Community Service Project:
For those with the passion for a specific community cause and the ambition to lead a team, the IACA will help you mobilize support and empower you and other volunteers to make a difference.

Lead the Organization (Board of Directors):
For community leaders that have the experience, drive and commitment to lead a non-profit at the operational level, serving on the IACA board may be a good fit. Board members collectively plan and execute all of IACA’s programs and events, from the annual Iranian Festival to fundraising dinners to community workshops.
